Clendenin was a printmaker and painter who lived in New York City and Provincetown, Massachusetts. Â She studied at Oxford University and The Royal Academy in London. Â She also studied at the Sorbonne, Paris and The Banff Academy in Canada. Â Eve Clendenin was a member of the American Abstract Artists’ group. Â Her mentors include Ralph Pirson and Hans Hoffman.
