Paul Parker was born in LaGrange, Illinois in 1905, and he was a painter, writer, musician and teacher.  He was head of the Art Department at The University of South Dakota and Director of the Colorado Springs Art Center and wore many hats.  He exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago.  This is a painting of Paul Parker’s house in South Dakota.
