Paul Parker was born in LaGrange, Illinois in 1905, and he was a painter, writer, musician and teacher. Â He was head of the Art Department at The University of South Dakota and Director of the Colorado Springs Art Center and wore many hats. Â He exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago.
