Julius Kramer was educated at the Brooklyn Museum Arts School and the Art Students League. Â He was a wonderful New York abstract artist who also painted and designed sets for Broadway shows. He also was a member of the Spiralists Group, a group dedicated to avant-garde art, around the 1950s.
