The first published print by Jackson. This print is also a self portrait. This piece in known under the titles Jester or Feste, as well. Jackson Lee was born in Missouri and was a self taught artist. He began winning awards at the age of 22. He was the recipient of the prestigious Guggenheim Fellowship Award. Nesbitt was a pupil of Thomas Hart Benton, and is know for his regionalist as well as industrial subjects.
