Artist, H.M. Saffer II graduated from Temple University in 1965. Saffer has traveled extensively in Paris, France where he pursued his musical talents and entrepreneurial skills as the chef/owner of three restaurants in Europe. He has also been a record producer and completed studies at L’Ecole Des Beaux Arts. Saffer now resides in upstate New York where he avidly paints.Â
