Born in Georgia, Wadsworth Jarrell’s artwork continue to capture themes of working life of African Americans in Chicago, as well as the sights and sounds of jazz musicians. In 1969, he co-founded AFRICOBRA. His work is in the DIA in Detroit, at the Studio Museum in Harlem. This print is in many important museum collections.
