Hubert Neal Jr. is an American Artist of Belizean descent from Chicago who lives and work in South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida. He studied art at The Chicago Academy for the Arts and The School of Architecture, Art, Planning at Cornell University. He has exhibited in places as varied as Jamaica, Belize, and India. His work addresses racism, culture, politics, and his life experiences.
